We want you to have a smooth and satisfying experience with Rank Up products. In case you wish to return your order, please read our return policy carefully:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• The buyer must bear the pickup and return shipping charges.

• Items must be unused, untampered, and in their original condition and packaging.

• Products that are used, damaged, or tampered with will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

• Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
